Existential Process Group (UK-based, East & South East Asian Focus)

First and third Saturdays of each month.

This is a closed, ongoing group for people from East and South East Asian backgrounds who are currently based in the UK.

The group offers a space to explore lived experience in relation to others. Rather than focusing on fixed goals or solutions, we attend to what emerges between people as they speak, listen, and are with one another over time. This may include experiences of belonging, difference, family, migration, identity, and ways of relating that are often shaped by cultural context.

There is no set agenda. The work unfolds from what is brought into the room.

The group is limited to 6 participants and runs for 10 sessions as a closed commitment, allowing time for trust, depth, and continuity to develop.

Fees

£45 per session (90 minutes)

A small number of reduced-fee places (£30–£35) are available for those on lower income.

Commitment

This is a 10-session closed group. Participants are asked to commit to the full duration.
