Welcome to a Space for Reflection and Understanding

It takes courage to admit that we need help, and ask for help. It can also take a few attempts of searching and trying to find a therapist that feels right for you.

Please do look through my website, and read more about my work to see if I am the right person for you.

Rachel An Vu

Existential Psychotherapist

I offer therapy in English and Vietnamese. My passion is helping clients explore life’s challenges and discover deeper understanding of who they are and their way of being in the world.

There are no right or wrong answers in therapy, only the ones that feel right for you. In working together with you, I will try to facilitate your autonomy to find your own way of living your life the best you can and your unique way of relating to other people around you.

My aim is to offer you a place where you can talk about your concerns freely and reflect on the situations that you find yourself in. I attempt to help you make some sense of your experiences, and through this process, possibilities might come to light, and you can then decide what you would like to do next.

About

I am here to help you explore your thoughts and feelings, and gain a deeper understanding of yourself. Through a collaborative and non-judgmental approach, I will work with you to understand your challenges and find your own way of living your life the best you can.

Relationship therapy sessions are designed to help you and your partner, friend, or family member improve communication, deepen your connection, and build a stronger relationship. I will work with you to identify and address the underlying issues that may be impacting your relationship.
