Group Therapy & Specialist Support Groups
I offer existentially informed group therapy in Vietnamese and English, working both independently in private practice and in partnership with charities and community organisations across the UK. My groups provide a structured, reflective and relational space in which participants can explore identity, belonging, cultural transition, responsibility and meaning within a safely facilitated setting.

I have extensive experience facilitating groups for individuals from East and South East Asian backgrounds, particularly those navigating migration, intergenerational tensions and bicultural identity. My approach is culturally responsive and grounded in an awareness of social, systemic and relational contexts.

Alongside general therapy groups, I deliver specialist trauma-informed support groups for survivors of modern slavery and human trafficking. This work is underpinned by clear safeguarding principles and prioritises psychological safety, stabilisation and empowerment. Groups are thoughtfully paced to support participants in rebuilding trust, strengthening agency and fostering meaningful peer connection.

Whether working privately or in collaboration with organisations, I value ethical practice, clear communication and accountable partnership.
