About Me
I am a UKCP-accredited psychotherapist working from an existential approach. As a bilingual therapist in English and Vietnamese, I offer a reflective and compassionate space where clients can explore identity, belonging, trauma, and life transitions.
Much of my work is with immigrants and those navigating cross-cultural experiences, questions of home, loss, and adaptation. I also support clients working through relational or developmental trauma, helping them reconnect with a sense of self and meaning in their lives.
I practise from an existential perspective, which means I help clients explore the deeper aspects of life: meaning, freedom, responsibility, and choice. Therapy with me is a space where you can reflect openly on what it means to be you, and how you want to live your life the best you can.
I also offer clinical supervision to other therapists, counsellors, and trainees, supporting their growth in a collaborative and reflective way.
