Existential Therapy for Trauma Survivors

If you have experienced sexual abuse as a child or have survived human trafficking or exploitation, you may carry invisible wounds such as deep pain, fear, confusion, or even shame that is not yours to bear. You may struggle with trust, boundaries, identity, or feeling safe in your own body and relationships. These experiences can feel isolating, overwhelming, or difficult to put into words.

You are not alone.

I offer a confidential, compassionate, and culturally sensitive space where you are met with respect and care, not judgment or analysis. As a bilingual psychotherapist in Vietnamese and English with experience working with survivors of complex trauma, I understand the courage it takes to seek help. My approach is trauma-informed and existential, meaning I will work with you rather than on you. Together, we will explore your experiences at your pace, supporting your agency, dignity, and sense of meaning.

Areas of support include:

  • Processing trauma and its emotional impact

  • Navigating trust and safety in relationships

  • Reclaiming voice, autonomy, and self-worth

  • Exploring meaning, identity, and purpose after trauma

  • Coping with flashbacks, guilt, or dissociation

  • Rebuilding a sense of future

Healing is not about forgetting. It is about reclaiming your right to live fully and freely, on your terms.
