Existential Therapy Approach
At the heart of my practice is the existential-phenomenological approach, a way of working that honours each person’s search for meaning, freedom, connection, and authenticity. Rather than seeing symptoms as problems to fix, I view them as signposts pointing to deeper questions: What does this mean to you? What’s at stake? What are you avoiding, fearing, or yearning for?
This approach does not impose a framework or technique onto your experience. Instead, it invites us to slow down, reflect, and make sense of your life as it is lived, from the inside out.
